Values-Led Business Project Lead
Transform Finance is hiring a full-time, remote, Project Lead to advance our Values-Led Business Project. The project aims to 1) provide inspiration and practical tools for business leaders to pursue values-led decisions (strategic business choice primarily guided by values above purely financial considerations), and 2) contribute to the pushback against the perceived imperative of shareholder value maximization.
This new role combines research, writing, partner coordination, and project management to execute a multi-partner initiative that supports founders, business leaders, investors, and other stakeholders in aligning business practices with non-financial values.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until the position is filled, but applications received by December 23rd will be given priority.
